

What is detoxification, anyway?
It is pretty simple. You learn to listen to your own body's prompting that it needs some help cleaning up and you help it.
Your body is like any other house, it gets cluttered, dirty and needs regular assistance especially if you're bringing in things it doesn't have a place for, doesn't know how to store and can't get rid of by itself. And that is true for pretty much all of us!
But that is just your body, your spirit also needs some cleaning up, we're all so burdened by the nonsense of this world but we don't have to be. Believe it or not fruit actually helps to energize your spirit as well.

Raw Fruits, Berries, Melons.

Raw Veggie Fruits (vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, sweet peppers)

Raw Green Juice (Dandelion Greens, Spinach, Seaweeds, Kale, Beet tops & bottoms, Parsley)
If you'll give them a chance, these foods in their natural state will clean out your system and if you give them enough time, will regenerate your body.
How you go about cleaning out your system is your choice because you are driving your car of life. This is ultimately about you taking responsibility for your car and keeping it in tip top shape. The specific implementation is going to look different for EVERYone!
The simple truth for EVERYone is that the more fruits you eat, the more clean your system will be and then it can start regenerating itself. You do not just have to rot away and die, even if you're 80.

Do I need to Detox?
Honestly, if you're alive, you probably need to clean your house, especially if you don't do it regularly. But your body is probably trying to tell you that it could use some help; the only way it can, through your body. Some of the most obvious ways your body tries to communicate to you are listed below:
Poop
How's your Poop?
Pops out easily, in a log like form after every meal, like clockwork? Think an animal in the woods. No fuss or fan fair just plops out while they are walking.
Pee
How's your Pee?
Pee in a clear cup. Urine should not be clear contrary to popular belief. It should have sediment in it. Pee is supposed to be removing debris that doesn't come out in poo.
Skin
How's your skin?
Skin can tell you a lot about what is going on inside your body, but so can all tissue technically. Is it clear, smooth, healthy? Dry, scaly, hard spots, explosions, etc?

Pizza!
Oh, you sly wonderful smelling, warm, savory, no silverware or plate required, delivered right to your door, temptress of doom! Pizza hits all my buttons. I LOVE Pizza! It has been my favorite food most of my life.
What do I get for my unconditional love and support of pizza? It turns my head and throat into an alternating wonder between clogged, foggy, scratchy mess and snot faucet, while my heart, full of love for it's abuser, is on fire and I can't lay down to sleep for hours. But like child birth, I forget all the pain and whenever I need comfort I run back to my abusive lover, pizza.
Luckily my palette has been changing and I am able to make a fresh, not mucus/acid forming 'pizza' that doesn't just piss me off. I really enjoy my new version and so does my body. It took me WAY too long to get there but it doesn't have to take that long for you!

Finally, I have let what is good for me; not eating pizza, take root in my being.
